Benefits of leasing
The primary benefits for entering into a leasing agreement are of course to free up capital, and to claim payments as a tax deduction. Clients are advised to seek council with their accountants or financial advisors to better determine their individual requirements.

About Galt Finance Pty Ltd
Galt Finance was incorporated in 1983 and provides lease finance primarily to health professionals such as Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Natural Therapists etc. Galt Finannce has been providing leasing services to Athlegen customers for over 20 years.
Generally speaking, the major financial institutions are reluctant to consider leasing amounts under $10,000 whereas the majority of Galt's contracts are less than that amount.

The leasing process
Galt prides itself on quick, efficient handling of enquiries for finance. Clients call for a quotation on a particular piece of equipment and are given an immediate calculation. If you would like to proceed, Athlegen is requested to forward an invoice for the equipment. A leasing contract is then drawn up and, generally, forwarded to the purchaser for signing within 24 hours. Along with the contract, you will be provided with information to establish periodical payments at their banks, or direct transferrs for payments of the lease agreement.

Cost of leasing
Some examples of leasing calculations are listed below. All are based on a 10% residual and all monthly figures include GST,

• $3000.00 - 1 year lease term - $247.63 per month.
• $3000.00 - 18 month lease term - $173.46 per month.
• $5000.00 - 2 year lease term - $227.52 per month.
• $5000.00 - 3 year lease term - $166.41 per month
• $10,000 - 3 year lease term - $332.85 per month
• $10,000 - 4 year lease term - $272.63 per month

The following monthly quotes are based over 5 years with a 10% residual and include GST

• $16,000 $379.56
• $17,000 $403.28
• $18,000 $427.01
• $19,000 $450.73
• $20,000 $474.45
• $21,000 $498.17
• $22,000 $521.89
• $23,000 $545.61
• $24,000 $569.34
• $25,000 $593.05
