Athlegen is operated by over 40 people. It is the company’s aim to retain employees by following a growth strategy, thus providing opportunity for continual development.

All employees are qualified in their relevant area of expertise and have experience in various facets of the industry and related industries which include international operations, manufacturing, organisation management, marketing, sales and product development.

TRAINING

Training is fundamental to the ongoing development of Athlegen and our staff. Employees are actively encouraged to participate in training and further education opportunities, through the use of both resources internal to Athlegen and externally through Universities and other training providers.
