COVID-19 Issues

The current COVID-19 pandemic is evolving and changing moment by moment, bringing with it a range of uncertainties. We want to take this opportunity to update our customers on how Athlegen is working through this difficult time.


Currently, we are continuing to manufacture with additional internal measures to ensure that staff can work safely at all times. If a production or supplier issue causes a delay to your order, we will inform you. If we do not contact you, it means that your order is on schedule.


We dispatch orders with several external freight contractors. We will continue to monitor their services, and if there is a delay in the shipping of orders, we will inform you immediately.

Maintenance on customer premises

We have decided to temporarily postpone performing preventive servicing and maintenance work that is not urgent until further notice.

We will deal with emergency service requests on a case by case basis. We will need to consider the protection of our staff, your practitioners and patients, especially if your practice is treating vulnerable people where limiting unnecessary exposure is in their best interests.


Unfortunately at this stage all of Athlegen's showrooms are closed indefinitely. For yours and our safety, we will not be accepting walk-in customers into showrooms at this time. If you would like to pick up goods from our showrooms, arrangements will need to be made prior to arrival by phone.

Commitment to Service

Athlegen staff are still available to support you where needed. In the event of a lockdown, most staff will be able to resume activities from home. Please feel free to get in touch with the team on our standard contact numbers (see website for details) if you have any queries or questions.

We will endeavour to provide the best customer service possible during this period, but please remain patient as some responses and actions may be slower than usual.

We have been manufacturing treatment tables in Australia for more than 30 years and we are doing our best to minimize any disruptions to our supply or service during these difficult times.
